Mark Garrett

Mark Garrett

Mark Garrett served 30 years with the California Highway Patrol, one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the United States. He began his law enforcement career in 1990, starting as a road patrol officer, rising through the ranks while working various investigative and administrative assignments. He retired at the rank of Chief and commanded the largest of the Department’s eight field divisions. In this role, he was in charge of all CHP operations in Los Angeles County, responsible for approximately 1,600 sworn and non-sworn personnel, while serving over 13 million residents.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University and is a four-time United States Bicycling National Champion. He is married and the proud father of one son.

Victor Franco, Jr.

For over 20 years, Victor has held several government affairs, marketing and lobbyist positions in both the public and private sectors.  He’s built a wealth of experience and institutional knowledge that has helped him cultivate an extensive network of key relationships across many disciplines in the Los Angeles and greater Southern California.  Now a Partner at California Strategies, a public affairs consulting firm, he’s working to use his experience and expertise to achieve winning and measurable results.

In addition to his work with clients, Victor has served on several public commissions and boards in cities throughout LA County.

Victor is the proud parent of a daughter and son. 

Amy Sulahian

Amy Sulahian

Amy, a California native, has built her career around real estate, forensic accounting and tax. In 2017, Amy became the Principle of Sulahian Law, a boutique law firm, focusing on civil, business transactional and litigation, tax, IP infringement, and real estate matters.  

Amy attended California State University Los Angeles and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting then went on to attend Glendale University College of where she graduated with a law degree.

Amy has a son and enjoys volunteering at various charities together with him.

Todd Johnson

Todd Johnson

Todd, a Pennsylvania native, relocated to Southern California in 1986 to pursue a dream of playing professional football. However, this dream did not materialize, and he was led to start his career in the restaurant world.  Spending over 25 years in the restaurant industry primarily with Lawry’s Restaurants in their Tam O’Shanter Inn, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Beverly Hills and The Lawry’s Carvery where he learned the ins and outs of the upscale and fast casual dining environment. In 2015 Todd made a career change and accepted an offer to lead the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce as the President and CEO.

Todd is a certified ski instructor, scuba diver, holds a black belt in Judo and actively involved in several non-profits in the Greater Los Angeles community.

Jon Sands

Jonathan Sands

Jon is a seasoned, executive-level marketing and business development professional who built a name for himself in the sport of NASCAR. He most recently spent 23 years serving both the sport’s most prestigious marketing and activation agencies, and in executive management with the sport’s preeminent teams.

Sands is president of Silent Partner Marketing, a NC consulting group, whose clients include Charlotte's Boxman Studios, Chip Ganassi Racing Teams, Dallenbach Racing, and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park where he currently serves as Interim General Manager.

He has three adult-age children and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
